What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My job is to promote goods and services on the Internet, looking for new methods to increase sales. My responsibilities are most often related to the promotion of sites with various products and services in search engines. Sometimes I have to develop technical specifications and control the implementation of various services to automate work processes, I am looking for new areas of activity that can generate income. In fact, I will come up with my own responsibilities :). 3. What education is required to get your position? At the moment, to get my position, a diploma is not required, because the Internet market has not yet been formed in Russia, not all niches are occupied, there are no large companies, and therefore it is more important now not the crust, but the head, because so far 1 person in this area can compete with large companies. Since the work is partly managerial, my working day is not standardized, but I try to start it early in order to “finish everything”, this is at about 8 in the morning, and I try to finish as late as possible (after 20:00 my wife does not allow). The working day begins with the arrival at the office (in the event that trips to the bank, tax office, post office, or personal business are not planned), an assistant is usually already waiting for me in the office, and I check how the tasks that I gave him yesterday were completed . Next is the collection of mail (about a hundred letters a day, 70% of spam), I immediately try to answer everything important. Then I view the scheduled tasks and select the most priority ones, and during the day I perform as many of these tasks as possible, although they often run slower than new ones appear. A lot of time is spent on communication via ICQ, communication mainly at work. I leave work if I'm lucky at 20:00, if I'm not lucky, then earlier :). 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? For my work, I tried to create the most comfortable conditions, I work in a rented apartment so that my family does not distract me. Here, in fact, everything is there (refrigerator, bed, tea, coffee). Calm, warm and dry. 6. What do you like most about your job? In my business, I like the fact that I set goals for myself, that the field of activity is very dynamic, everything changes, everything develops, you cannot stand still, you must always be aware of new trends in the development of the Internet. The circle of communication in this profession is very large, distances do not matter here, the only boundaries for me now are the language barrier. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? Probably there is not enough live communication, I took an assistant quite recently, before that all communication was through mail and ICQ, this, I thinkah, the biggest disadvantage of freelancing, but the freedom that freelancing gives, compensates for all the shortcomings. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? My salary is average for Moscow (maybe a little higher :)), although I live in a small provincial town. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? Almost the entire team works in other cities, I have not seen everyone live, and recently I hired an assistant to work in my office. Most of the people I work with are young, advanced. Often you have to hire temporary workers, here there are problems, and the main team practically does not spoil the nerves :). 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? To work in the Internet business, passion for your work is important. Communication will help a lot. The head must work constantly. Laziness and fear of something new are not acceptable. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries).
