My profession is a realtor | Choice of profession. how to choose the right profession

1. What is the name of your profession (position)? I work as a realtor, the experience is already quite large and during this time the work has become close and dear to me. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My responsibilities include distributing advertisements, giving them on time for publication, finding clients and replenishing the database. Also, my duties include full support of the transaction, I must ensure the purity of transactions, as well as prepare all the necessary documents. Particular attention has to be paid to the terms specified in the contract. 3. What education is required to get your position? Education is required to get started. But in order to earn and successfully advance, for this you need to go through a lot of mistakes. All learning takes place only in practice, otherwise it does not work. 4. Describe your working day. But I am quite satisfied with the work, primarily because the schedule is free. There is no need to regularly sit in one place and dine by the hour. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? It is convenient to work, as I do now, part-time, and I came up with a schedule for myself. 6. What do you like most about your job? Good office, working with people, what could be better now. There is no particular fuss when I learned to plan my day. Of course, it takes half a day to show people the objects, but it's very interesting. You will learn a lot of new, useful for work for the future. In addition, I help people solve their problems with housing. I advise someone, I just reassure someone that everything is solved. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? The only thing that does not quite suit me is the absence of a fixed salary. Only a percentage of what you earn. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? But, in general, my earnings suit me. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? It is important that my colleagues are very friendly and helpful. You can tell everything and they will understand, help. 10. What human qualities, in your opinion, are most important in your business? The most important thing in my work is patience and tact. After all, working with people requires a different approach to everyone, otherwise you simply won’t get a good realtor. Of course, you also need to know the psychology of people, it helps. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (here is everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). The work gave me the opportunity to realize my dream - to have a job I love and to benefit people. As I interacted with more people, I began to know more. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? Over the years, I have tried to study my work in detail, so I can be proud of who I am and give myself a five. 13. Why did you choose this job? Choosing such a job for myself, I wanted to have a free graphik and earn, however, time taught me that the essence of work is different. 14. What are the opportunities for your career development? Career growth is open for me, up to the level of financial director. But while I'm on maternity leave, this is more important. But over time, I will definitely take up this post. 15. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? Perhaps it would be interesting to know whether the education received corresponds to the work in which a person is engaged. Maybe skills from another field are suitable for your current job? For example, I am an energy engineer by education. But the medical board rejected it and I had to look for another job. But on the other hand, work on the railway taught me responsibility. 0
