My profession is make-up artist | Choice of profession. how to choose the right profession

1. What is the name of your profession (position)? My profession is a make-up artist. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My job is to make people more beautiful with makeup and my skill. This is what a makeup artist does! 3. What education is required to get your position? I graduated with a degree in Cosmetology, but in our business, higher education is not mandatory. Your visit to any courses and master classes is more appreciated. Naturally, participation in various competitions is mandatory. 4. Describe your working day. My working day can be called irregular. I cooperate with several salons, but also work independently. It happens that I work with only a couple of clients a day, and it happens that the working day can start at 4 o'clock in the morning and end after midnight. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? I find my working conditions comfortable. I repeat that sometimes I work in the salon, but for the most part I serve clients at their own homes. 6. What do you like most about your job? I love that I don't have to sit in one place all day. In addition, constant communication with different people encourages you to keep yourself in good shape! And, of course, an integral part of my profession is the opportunity to show my creative nature. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? Sometimes it is very difficult to understand this or that client. A person will come up with some image for himself, but he cannot convey it. That's the "conflict of interest"! 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The salary level is quite high. I was able to pay off a loan for a car in a couple of years and I live separately))) 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? In those salons with which I cooperate, very interesting and positive people work. Always warmly received, even looking for clients. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? Of course communication! The ability to maintain a conversation is also very important. Well, a makeup artist cannot do without a creative streak! 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). An additional bonus is communication with the stars who visit our city on tour. Visiting cities such as Paris and Milan (for work) I generally consider a grandiose plus of my profession. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? Now I remember the burning eyes of my clients after my work on them and I understand that I deserved a solid five! 13. Why did you choose this job? Like many girls, in childhood she loved to paint herself, girlfriends, dolls with her mother's cosmetics .... It's just that other girls grow out of this, and here I amI couldn't)))) 14. What do you think we didn't include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? It seems to me that all the points that will help others evaluate this or that profession are taken into account.
