So far, I am not a class teacher, but only teach lessons, but in this regard, I do a lot of scientific and practical activities. I present the work of my students at regional competitions, actively prepare for the Olympiads, and participate in conferences. 3. What education is required to get your position? Higher pedagogical. 4. Describe your working day. My working day begins with filling out the class journal that I keep: grades for dictation, presentation, lesson topic, homework. Then I give a lesson. I try to make it as interesting and informative as possible. Children quickly get bored with monotony, so in my lessons I try to use multimedia technologies as often as possible: presentations, interactive lessons, video quizzes, etc. After school, I have lunch in our school cafeteria and do some extra work with lagging students. Within the walls of the school, I do this solely because of ideological considerations and absolutely free of charge. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? It is impossible to call working conditions as comfortable as possible. Since you have to stand on your feet for several hours. As a rule, the “sitting teacher” does not perceive the material, and the discipline suffers. But in general: warm, dry, comfortable. 6. What do you like most about your job? The opportunity to communicate with children is always a charge of youth and energy +, of course, creative self-realization. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? This one is trite, but true: salary. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The rate of a young specialist in our city = the minimum wage (4330 rubles) 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? Most of our team consists of women. And women are unpredictable people, especially creative women. And even more so women who, for the most part, are not married. Further comments, I think, will be redundant. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? Without love for children, without a desire to work with children's labile psyche, the work of a teacher is not possible for me. And of course, the presence of a creative streak. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (here everything that gives you work except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries) I consider the work of a teacher to be a purely female profession. Although I am fine with the appearance of men in our team. If you don’t give yourself entirely to this profession (and I think that this is wrong, after all, my husband and children come first), then this is a wonderful opportunity for part-time work. I am always in sight, young girls look up to my appearance, my opinion is listened to by the parents of the students, who are often much older than me.I. There is a lot in our work that could and sometimes would like to share with others. In particular, the fact that the work of a teacher is a great work that requires respect and understanding from both children and parents, and from the state.
