My job is to resolve all the problems that subscribers have regarding digital television. My responsibility is to receive subscribers regarding the installation and maintenance of digital tuners. Also, their setup either by phone, or I send the masters to set up and troubleshoot directly at the client's place of residence. Resolving issues related to payment for digital television and advising bank operators that accept payment from television customers. Also, if the decoders break down, I decide to send the master to the address of its installation or to deliver it to the workshop. If the client himself delivers the broken tuner to our office, according to its description, I make a preliminary analysis of the severity of the breakdown and determine the term for its elimination by the masters. Then, when troubleshooting, I notify the client about the completion of the order, while determining the terms of the guarantee or payment for the repair.
