Insurance Specialist is my profession | Choice of profession. how to choose the right profession

1. What is the name of your profession (position)? My profession is called "Insurance Specialist". 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My job is to insure the life and property of clients, draw up insurance contracts and, of course, advise clients on various issues related to this service. 3. What education is required to get your position? I have an economic secondary special education. But in general, it is better to have a higher economic education, as this contributes to career advancement. 4. Describe your working day. I come to work at 9 o'clock in the morning. During the day, I mostly stay in the office and conclude contracts for casual and regular clients. Sometimes I go to the banks with which our insurance company works, and draw up contracts there. The working day ends at 6 pm. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? The working conditions are more comfortable, as I mostly sit in the office and can drink coffee at any convenient moment. There is also a lunch break, but it's a bit off. We take turns going to lunch because there must always be someone in the office. 6. What do you like most about your job? I really like the constant communication with people. Of course, there are different people, but this is how I learn to be sociable and sociable. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? As I said, there are different people who are not very grateful. But still I try and get along. True, it doesn't always work out. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? In general, I do not know people who are satisfied with their wages. I'm not an exception. Although I receive a small percentage of the contracts, it does not suit me at all. In short, it is very difficult to live on this money. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? I love my team. I don’t even know if I would have worked here if not for my team. I became good friends with the staff, who will always help and replace when needed. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? The ability to please people. And also to convince people that they really need it. You also need communication skills and the most banal: you need to love people, because they feel an attitude towards themselves. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (here is everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). Of course, communication with interesting people. There are many interesting people who have a lot to learn. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? I will put "3". I like the work, but still I don’t see growth here, and I can’t call the pay worthy. 13. Why did you choose this job? I was looking for work in the office: warm in winter and air-conditioned in summer. 14. What do you think we arenot included in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? I think that we touched on all aspects of the work and there is simply nothing to add. 0
