I also have to draw up documents for recording working hours, wages, output, downtime, and so on. I have 3 excavators, 1 bulldozer operator, 1 grader operator, a truck driver, and an accountant under my command. 3. What education is required to get your position? Higher professional mining education and work experience in production for at least 1 year or secondary vocational (mining) education and work experience in production for at least 3 years.
