1. What is the name of your profession (position)? I never worked by profession, I was always looking for something new, interesting, something that I had never encountered in my life. My choice fell on the specialty of an office manager or, in other words, an administrative work manager. Direction - sale of plastic pipes throughout Ukraine. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? There are a lot of responsibilities in my work, although the opposite may seem to a beginner. I process the request of each client, and there are a lot of them in the spring-summer season, and everyone needs a pipe, be it gas services, water pipes, pipe replacement during an accident, factories, airports, railway stations and other equally large enterprises. After processing the order, I issue an invoice, after payment, I make the shipment through the 1C program, I also draw up new contracts, receive calls, draw up expense and tax invoices, audit the warehouse, and process mail. 3. What education is required to get your position? I am a financial specialist by education, but this is not important in my profession, a manager's education will do. 4. Describe your working day. The working day starts at 8 in the morning, without having time to enter the office, a dozen calls are immediately heard that need to be answered, then billing, checking for the presence of parts and pipes in the warehouses of Ukraine, shipment of already paid invoices, it is necessary to agree with the logistician about the machines and the route, sometimes you realize that lunch has already passed, but you have not eaten yet. And so until the end of the day, tirelessly, you raise your eyes, look at the clock, 17:00 and think that another working day has come to an end. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? It is always a pleasure to work in comfortable conditions, where you can start your morning with a cup of coffee, quickly browsing the news on the Internet, computers and all equipment are new, air conditioning works in summer, and the room is heated in winter. 6. What do you like most about your job? In my profession, I like communication with people most of all, when you need to quickly agree, agree on all positions, then what, crazy rhythm disconnects you from real life. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? During my work, I did not find any shortcomings in the work, I like everything. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The level of salary suits, although it was possible to pay employees much more. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? I was surprised by the staff, how the company employs people who are dedicated to their work, each employee can quickly solve any problem, they are smart and hardworking people who know their business. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? The main thing in my business is communication skills, the ability to quickly pick up any situation and bring it to the end, attentiveness. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (here is everything that gives you raother than money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). Money is not the most important thing in my profession, work gives a lot of new skills, legal and accounting knowledge, interesting business trips and communication with smart people. 12. I chose this job because a very sociable person who does not like to sit idly by. 14. What are the opportunities for your career development?
