1. What is the name of your profession (position)? Office Manager. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My job is to accept payment for Internet services: connection and monthly payment. I also answer phone calls, talk about the work of our company, conclude contracts with clients and pay salaries to other workers. 3. What education is required to get your position? Any education. Although, I believe that education is not necessary for this profession, since this work can be done by anyone who knows how to work with a computer. 4. Describe your working day. At 10.00 I go to the bank for a payment, enter it into the customer payment database and write it down in a notebook. After that I wait for calls and clients. Other tasks may appear throughout the day. The working day ends at 18.00. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? I work in an office, there is a kettle near me and I can make coffee or tea at any time, but I would not call these conditions comfortable, since it is harmful to sit on a chair and look at the monitor all day. 6. What do you like most about your job? I like to draw up contracts with clients and manage my own and other people's salary 7. What do you dislike most about your job? Listening to angry customers with complaints when they wish they had the Internet, or I solved another problem, although this is not in my competence. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? Satisfied, but the more you get, the more you want 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? I work with a male team, so I have a lot of fun in their company. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? Perseverance and calmness. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). Work helps to look at life with different eyes, to understand people and understand people. It also helps to become a more focused person. 12.
