1. What is the name of your profession (position)? My profession is called a communications electrician for a mobile group for servicing automatic telephone exchanges and payphones. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My job is to install new automatic telephone exchanges, maintain and repair electrical equipment at existing stations, repair and install city payphones. 3. What kind of education is required to get your position? To get this position, you need to graduate from at least a technical school of telecommunications. To move further up the career ladder, you need to get a higher education, so I entered KAI in the correspondence department. 4. Describe your working day. My working day starts every day at 8.00 am with a planning meeting where the boss distributes what kind of work who will do it. After that, we leave for the objects. We serve the entire area, so sometimes it takes a very long time to get there. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? Since the work involves traveling, I spend part of the working day in a car - it's a rather comfortable minibus. The rest of the time I spend at the automatic telephone exchange, where it is always warm and dry. 6. What do you like most about your job? It's hard to say what I like most about my profession - I like everything! I have been fond of electronics since childhood, so work is never a burden for me. 7. Although the lack of work means that our team is doing its job perfectly. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? We have a very good team, all competent and intelligent people. More experienced workers always help young people, they explain everything clearly and simply. The boss is also a great person - kind, fair, very smart. I was just lucky that I got into such a team at the beginning of my working career! 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? In our business, responsibility, attentiveness, professionalism and patience are most important. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). Work, first of all, gives me confidence in my own abilities and tomorrow. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? Since I am doing what I love, the score, of course, is 5 points! 13. Why did you choose this job? Because I like electronics. me alwaysI admired how such tiny things were made and microcircuits perform such large and important tasks. 14. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? It would be possible to include an item with the date of the professional holiday and how it is celebrated at work. Our professional holiday is Signalman's Day, it is celebrated on May 7th. Our organization recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, and all employees were presented with commemorative T-shirts and baseball caps with the company logo. And, of course, there was an award! 0
