My day starts at 9 o'clock in the morning with the formation of a collection bag (until 11 o'clock in the afternoon), ends at 19 o'clock in the evening with the withdrawal of the cash balance of the cash desk. From 13.00 to 15.00 - break. During the day: receipt of funds from sales representatives, forwarders (revenue from on-board trade through ECCA), self-delivery customers, the issuance of amounts under the report, wages, if it is a salary day (twice a month). Formation and printing of cash documents (incoming, outgoing cash orders, cash sheets, advance reports). I approve documents from the director and chief accountant. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? Working conditions are comfortable, I work in the office. 6. What do you like most about your job? What I like most about my work is that while accepting money, despite the responsibility of such work, there is an opportunity to communicate with people. There are also moments of composure and speed, which are often present in the specifics of the work. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? Most of all, I don’t like it when the balance of money according to the documents does not agree with the actual one, this happens, fortunately, not often. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The work is financially responsible, I want to be appreciated more (estimated higher). 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? At the moment, the team is large and "diverse". And when, more than 10 years ago, there were 30 people, he was more friendly and united. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? Human qualities necessary for such work? I would rather say about personal qualities: attentiveness, concentration, love for people and order. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). Work gives contacts with people and "tickles the nerves" when you need to find the cause of the error. 12. I chose the job because I have my own office, communication with people, a two-hour break. There is a significant amount of pedantry in my character traits: I love order and strive to ensure that the work I have done isbut of the highest quality. 14. What are the opportunities for your career development? There is a problem with career growth, more precisely, in order to have the possibility of growth, you need to change jobs. 15.
