My profession is a glass artist | Choice of profession. how to choose the right profession

1. What is the name of your profession (position)? My profession is called a glass artist. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My work is creative. Basically, of course, it consists in painting glass. These are mirrors, and glass for shelves, and small glass souvenirs. My responsibilities include discussing the order with the client and its direct production. I can offer the client ready-made sketches, advise something, calculate the approximate cost of the order. 3. What education is required to get your position? To get this position, I graduated from art school. Most likely, it helped me that after graduation I did not stop drawing and developed this skill. When faced with glass painting, at first, of course, everything had to be learned through trial and error. 4. Describe your working day. My working day starts at 9. It ends when all the work is done. This can happen by two o'clock in the afternoon, or it can drag on until eight in the evening. If there are a lot of urgent orders, I am the last person to leave the workplace. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? Working conditions are comfortable. The only problem is the smell of paint. But it is solved if you open the windows in the office. I can get distracted, drink coffee, talk to managers. I don't work in a shop like a furniture maker, with a small order size, I can take it home and finish it in a more comfortable environment for me. 6. What do you like most about your job? What I like the most is that this is a creative work. I can fantasize, come up with something new. And the fact that my work does not require an office suit) 7. What do you most dislike about your job? Most disliked are clients who don't know what they want. Those that require alteration of an already agreed and fully completed order. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The salary is quite satisfactory. For now, I make allowances for the fact that our company has recently opened and there are not as many orders as I would like. But there is always a chance to work. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? Our team is small. I work with people whom I have known for many years and can call friends. It helps at work. All employees are creative, young, with an active lifestyle. With such people it is pleasant to work and relax. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? In my work it is important to be open to new ideas, not to be afraid to try something new, to be sociable, active. Just as important is the quality of responsibility. Clients really appreciate it. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). My job gives me communication with new people, self-expressionin creativity, the opportunity to do what I love with people I like. It gives me recognition of my skill, the joy that people like the results of my work. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? On a five-point scale, I would rate 5. My work is interesting and exciting. 13. Why did you choose this job? I have always wanted to do what I love, to make people happy. My work combines this. I love to draw, I'm good at it, people like the results of my work. 14. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? The plan includes everything I would like to share about my work. Thank you for this opportunity. 15. Your page in social networks. I'm on vkontakte 0
