The kindest profession is a dog breeder | Choice of profession. how to choose the right profession

1. What is the name of your profession (position)? The profession to which I decided to dedicate my life is called the breeder of small breeds of dogs. Most likely, this is the vocation of the soul, rather than a profession, because it is this specialty that is not taught in higher educational institutions. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? The principle of work, in short, is the care and breeding of dogs. My responsibilities include: feeding, walking, timely hair cutting, hygiene procedures, preparing puppies and adults for the show, preventive trips to the veterinarian, documenting matings, litters, advising new owners on raising puppies, helping with grooming. 3. What education is required to get your position? As I noted above, you will not receive education in this profession. This can be learned with experience gained by having a dog in the house. Any person who loves animals can become a dog breeder and take care of them. 4. Describe your working day. My morning begins with morning procedures for animals, washing the eyes, intimate places, then feeding, walking in the fresh air with learning to run in the ring, follow commands, stand, i.e. obedience training. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? Working conditions are domestic, dogs can live both in a separate room in a city apartment, and in a private house in an individually allocated room. 6. What do you like most about your job? The work of a breeder brings me tremendous pleasure from communicating with my little pets and moral satisfaction. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? The negative side of my profession is that breeders and nurseries do not always strive to improve the breed, but on the contrary, breeding is put on a commercial basis. Dishonesty in relation to people who have just acquired a puppy, namely, the refusal to help in the upbringing and rearing. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The level of income fully satisfies the needs of my entire family, especially since my assistant is my daughter. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? There should be no strangers in my profession, especially those who are not related to the breed and dogs. I learned how to groom myself. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? Kindness, affection, patience and perseverance - this is the set of human qualities that will give success in this business. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). I am completely immersed in my work, it brings constant communication and meeting new and interesting people. The exchange of experience at exhibitions held in various cities and countries provides additional opportunitiesYou can travel and explore the world around you. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? Maybe not modestly, but I rate my profession on a five-point scale with a five with a big plus. 13. Why did you choose this job? My choice is not accidental, since childhood I dreamed of a small dog, and only in adulthood did my dreams come true. 14. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? I would like to note that this profession makes people kinder, more tolerant. This is, in my opinion, one of the best professions of a sole proprietorship. paolodjem
