1. What is the name of your profession (position)? Good day. My name is Vladimir, or rather Vladimir Nikolaevich. I am an officer (retired). But we are not talking about the military specialty. It became boring to sit in retirement in "the prime of life". So I found myself a new job. And it's called a savior. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? Now it's winter outside (although - what kind of winter can it be in the south). But there are almost no jobs. You can calmly breathe in the fresh sea air and even go fishing a little. Fishermen do not go out to sea now (at least in my area of ​​responsibility), only “walruses” among swimmers. This summer there is neither day nor night. Vacationers do not give rest. And in late autumn and winter you can relax. But in the spring you need to be ready - the ice is very thin, and it is simply impossible to stop the fishermen. 3. What education is required to get your position? As you understand, I have a higher military education, my partner is a process engineer. The main thing in our work is physical fitness, endurance and the ability to swim. Be sure to take first aid courses. Quite recently, we were given at our disposal a boat that was confiscated from poachers - a wonderful car, equipped with a 70 horsepower Mercury engine. It has become much easier to work with such technology. Now, if the documentation were confiscated along with the boat, then it would be quite normal. 4. Describe your working day. The working day is very simple - a day of duty - 2 days of rest. In the summer it is very difficult, there are many vacationers, it is difficult to keep track of everyone. But there are already some skills - the ability to determine the most "restless" vacationer. Such a kind of professional flair. We have to pay close attention to noisy companies with a "sea of ​​beer" (and not only beer). A lot of trouble is caused by those who like to swim behind the buoys. We have to have individual conversations with everyone. Sometimes they listen, and in some cases there are conflicts. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? "Rest only in our dreams". I have already said that in the cold season my work may seem simply "heavenly". But it would be completely wrong to assume. That the lifeguard doesn't have time for a cup of coffee. 6. What do you like most about your job? It is very interesting to communicate with people. Some thank you (especially when you find a lost child), others - they climb with their fists. We have to delve into every little thing, constantly assess the situation. It is absolutely unacceptable to break into a conversation in raised tones. Always remember that our job is to prevent dangerous situations from occurring. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? Rudeness and rudeness. Very nerve-wracking. In the rest - everything can be understood and used. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The salary leaves much to be desired, but in my particular case itdoes not play a special role - the pension of a serviceman decides everything. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? I said a little about my partner. Our boss is a master of sports (to my shame, I still don’t know how to say it correctly - in a word, he is a yachtsman). In his spare time he teaches kids to sail. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? First of all - politeness, patience and responsiveness. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). I've been at sea all summer - that says a lot. And I go to the mountains to rest. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give?
