1. What is the name of your profession (position)? Actually, my profession is called a roofer, but there is a small difference - I create roofs from materials of natural origin, mostly reed. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My work consists in processing and shaping all kinds of roofs with the help of one of the best materials for this business - reeds. 3. What education is required to get your position? Education? You just need to work with a good master for a couple of weeks and you will be able to start this work on your own, that's all education. 4. Describe your working day. My working day begins with an assessment of the surface on which it is planned to construct a roof, then the required amount of material is calculated, and the coating process itself. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? The peculiarity of such a roof is that dry and warm weather is needed for its installation, so apart from the height and laboriousness, my work can be called comfortable. 6. What do you like most about your job? I like it when skeptical people, after the complete installation of the structure, are convinced that such a roof is really reliable, and change their minds, and sometimes invite them to work on their buildings. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? I do not like that my work depends on the weather, because the full potential is not developed. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? Since this industry is relatively rare, at first creating a name we worked hard, not having much, but now everything is changing, time passes, people are convinced that the roof is really reliable and there are more and more orders, which of course affects my income. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? This job does not require many people in one place, so we select partners who we can trust and who can easily spend a lot of time with. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? A very important quality of such work is responsibility and conscientiousness, without which it is impossible to work here. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). Each order is a new family, new friends, and then we often just come to visit the people we worked for, and they are always happy to see us. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? Definitely 5! 13. Why did you choose this job? I like to create something with my own hands, and of course the financial issue suits me. 14. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? In my case, I want to add that the return to such "grandfather" technologies is a big plus for health, asa botnik doing similar work and for people who will live under this type of roof. 0
