What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My responsibilities include maintaining accounting and financial documentation, distributing children into groups, maintaining a questionnaire database, controlling payment for classes, maintaining pages on social networks, organizing and holding competitions of various levels. The administrator of the club maintains contact with the families of the children involved, organizes various events for the sports community, and covers the activities of the club in the media. 3. What education is required to get your position? This job requires communication skills, patience and perseverance. Accuracy and care are very important. I have a higher pedagogical education, so I was prepared for this work, because it is associated with constant communication with a large number of completely different people. 4. Describe your working day. The working day passes according to the schedule of the training process, i.e. the administrator is in the club from 15.00 to 20.00. The working day begins with updating relevant information on social networks: publication of announcements, a training program for the current and next day, a selection of interesting thematic information. As the trainees arrive, I accept payment for training, ringing absent more than two training sessions and other working moments. The end of the working day is connected with putting the club's documentation in order. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions? Working conditions are good. What I like most about this job is the contact with people, it broadens my horizons a lot. I like trips with the guys around the regions of the country. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? Our team is small but very friendly. There are four of us, two trainers, an administrator and an incoming technical worker. Our trainers are real enthusiasts and just very positive people. Working in such a team is a pleasure. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? I consider kindness and patience to be the most important qualities in my work. Working with children and parents requires this. Also, endurance is very important. 11. Currently I am studying to be a judge of the national category, I am an assistant to the President of the Federation for organizational issues and PR.
