 | Choice of profession. how to choose the right profession

1. What is the name of your profession (position)? The profession that I really value is called: a driving instructor of category "B". 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My job is to teach people how to properly drive on the roads. Thus, I check the level of knowledge of cadets of the theory of traffic rules, in practice. It is also my responsibility to teach how to perform various exercises on the autodrome, these exercises include: flyover, U-turn in a confined space, parallel parking, snake, garage. While driving, I am obliged to follow the road and avoid emergency situations, while not disturbing other road users. Among other things, my duties include taking an internal exam from people who have already completed their studies. With the help of these exams, I see if a person is ready to pass the right to drive a vehicle of category "B" in the traffic police. 3. What education is required to get your position? The first thing you need to get my position is a category "B" license and a driving experience of at least 3 years. If there is one, you need to take short courses and pass exams, while obtaining a certificate of an instructor for driving a category “B” vehicle. 4. Describe your working day. My working day begins with a meeting with the cadet, in a prearranged place. Then we change places and work out one of the routes by which he will take the exam in the future. Then we can go to the autodrome and work out a little there. In many ways, the construction of my working day depends on the level of preparedness of the cadet, someone already drives well and confidently around the city, but badly on the autodrome, or vice versa. In this case, most of the time we allocate exactly what the students do poorly. If the cadet has never sat behind the wheel, I first explain to him on theory where which devices are located, how to work with the clutch, brake, gas pedal. In general, I have a rather varied working day, and each new day is different from the previous one. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? As you probably already understood, I spend the whole day in my car. When there are many who want to work out, the car becomes a second home for me. Therefore, I make every effort to ensure that I feel cozy and comfortable at the workplace, like at home. 6. What do you like most about your job? For myself, I have identified quite a lot of pluses in my business. The first is that a large number of people are involved, in connection with this, new, interesting and, what is more important, useful contacts appear. During the training, with a large number of cadets, we communicate so well and amicably that we maintain our communication to this day. The second thing I can highlight from my position: the variety of the working day, there will be no time to sit and be bored in this position. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? To the disadvantage in my work II would attribute sedentary, sedentary work and a large accumulation of cars on the roads, as a result of which there is a lot of noise and the accumulation of harmful gases in the air. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The level of my salary depends on the number of people who want to study in our driving school. On average, mine exceeds the average earnings and is enough for a family of three. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? We have a great, friendly team at our school. Everyone is ready to help his own in a difficult situation. True, we rarely get together. You understand, the work is such that you ride around the city all day. Maybe it's for the best when meeting at the circuit, everyone warmly greets each other and exchanges news for the past time. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? A person who wants to master my profession must have such qualities as: stress resistance, patience, attentiveness, have competent speech and be psychologically balanced. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). As already mentioned above, this is communication with new, interesting people. There are many useful acquaintances that can help in life. And secondly, this is a free work schedule, more free time appears when necessary. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? 5 out of 5. 13. Why did you choose this job? I chose this profession, because since childhood I have awakened a love for cars and everything connected with them. In addition, I didn’t want to stand at the machine, even at the automobile conveyor, I consider it a boring occupation, but in this job I’m satisfied with good wages, free work schedule, and communication with pleasant, sometimes not very people. 14. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? I have nothing to add to this list, everything I wanted to tell about my profession is on this list. 0
