In the summer, work is mainly outdoors, since most prefer to take in the shade of awnings, in cold weather and in bad weather, work takes place indoors in the restaurant in the main or banquet halls. Most often, visitors are very sociable and communicative people, which is why my work brings me pleasure, I like to communicate with people. But the work also requires certain physical exertion, mainly on the legs, it is quite tiring. Our team consists of 6 waiters working in 2 shifts. All our employees have the qualities necessary for waiters, that is, politeness, sociability, with correct and clear speech, poise, attentiveness and a good memory, knowledge of psychology and understanding of the behavior and mood of customers, dexterity and quickness, and, of course, the ability to count well.
