1. What is the name of your profession (position)? System Administrator at the Main Financial Department. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My job is to maintain 25 computers on a local network. You need to monitor the network, troubleshoot computers that employees regularly arrange; update special software every 2-3 months; connect, rearrange computers and office equipment from place to place. I also write small programs for different departments that make work easier. 3. What education is required to get your position? Higher education is needed. My specialty is called “Applied Mathematics and Computer Modeling”. 4. Describe your working day. Work from 8.00 to 17.15, break from 12.00 to 12.45. I've been on the same floor all day. Usually there is work planned and unscheduled. That's how I spend most of my time walking around employees' offices and troubleshooting. Sometimes I do various paperwork at my workplace or do some programming. Even sometimes it is possible to study something new. Very rarely you need to go to some other organization to take the documents. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? Working conditions are very comfortable: the whole day in the office, and in winter we are given heaters, so we do not freeze. But in summer it is very hot, since not every office has fans, and there is only one air conditioner - at the boss. At the expense of a cup of coffee - also no problem. At any time you can have a drink in your own office, there is an electric kettle. True, there is an hour break for this. But, of course, I allow myself to drink coffee several times during the day. I breed flowers, I hung pictures on the walls - cozy and pretty. 6. What do you like most about your job? Good technical equipment. The computers are mostly modern, the local network has been updated, laid out using modern technologies and high-quality materials. Big fun team. A very good boss. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? There is little room for creativity (except perhaps the bulletin board, on which I post wall newspapers for all the big little holidays). Pretty monotonous work. In addition, all other employees are accountants and economists, there are no professional like-minded people. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? Not a high salary. Not satisfied. She is not even enough to keep the dress code at a decent level, not to mention some excesses. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? The team, as I mentioned, is large and "fun". In quotation marks because our team is exclusively female, about 30 people. Women are different from 25 to 50 years old, with different marital status and different income levels. Sometimes it can be very difficult, especially during the reporting period, when everyone is on edge. But the holidays are fun to celebrate. AIn general, we are all divided into departments and interest groups. There is always someone to talk to heart to heart! 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? Professionalism, responsibility, attentiveness, diligence. And also politeness, patience and tact, openness, friendliness. Willingness to help the employee, ability to work in a team. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). There are not very many additional opportunities, but there is an excellent opportunity to study the specifics of the public sector, to study new software and computer technologies. It is also an invaluable experience of communication and the ability to find compromises. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? Probably would put 4 points (because of the salary). I seem to be proud of my work and my friends say that I got a good job. But when you get your salary at an ATM, there is no pride or dignity left .... 13. Why did you choose this job? Quite interesting, prestigious both in the city center and in the specialty. 14. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? We also sometimes have cultural events: the opening of monuments, the renaming of streets. We participate in such public holidays as City Day, Constitution Day, and Days of something else. Sometimes we have subbotniks and, as in Soviet times, we sweep the surrounding area (usually before the holidays). The most interesting thing is that no one likes to participate in the subbotnik, but everyone loves to remember the subbotnik later, especially about their sweeping and digging exploits! 0
