1. What is the name of your profession (position)? My profession is called a tractor driver. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My job is to drive the tractor, and during the harvest also manage the combine. I also repair my tractor. Throughout the year, I plow the land, sow it, cultivate plants, and they cannot do without a tractor driver and his tractor during harvesting. Of course, I am not the only tractor driver on our farm. 3. What education is required to get your position? I have a secondary vocational education. As well as a driver's license category "C" and "E". 4. Describe your working day. In spring and autumn, the working day begins at 7 am and lasts until 6-7 pm. In summer we work more, from 6 am until late in the evening, while cleaning we sometimes stay until 10-11 pm. Of course, not everyone can withstand such a work schedule, but I love my profession, and besides, my work is adequately paid. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? I cannot say that my working conditions are comfortable. You understand that the tractor driver is always in the field, only in rainy and snowy weather we do not work. But you can always find something to do. You can see the tractor, do minor repairs. 6. What do you like most about your job? I like that my work is connected with the earth, with the care of it. This has been my favorite pastime since childhood. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? I do not like the fact that there is not much free time. I would like to spend more time with my family. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The level of salary suits me completely. Our farm is large and successful. Therefore, the salary is decent. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? The team is small and friendly. Most importantly, a non-drinker. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? The qualities that a tractor driver must possess are discipline and endurance, as well as physical strength and dedication to his profession. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). My work gives me the opportunity to do what I love, that is, to cultivate the land, as well as the fact that at any time I can retrain as a car mechanic or driver.
