Profession accountant | Choice of profession. how to choose the right profession

1. What is the name of your profession (position)? Accountant, no matter what the work book says about this. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? I conduct internal (management) and official reporting of a trading company. This is first of all. But in addition, I am engaged in communication with banks, cash control, contract work, taxes and personnel accounting. In organizations where there are only 6-7 people in the state, it is often necessary to combine very different activities, this is inevitable. 3. What education is required to get your position? Ideally economic. I actually have this. But in practice, everything was decided by the availability of the necessary skills, knowledge and experience. So it could have been quite humanitarian - nothing would have changed. 4. Describe your working day. Quite frankly, I don’t allow myself to leave the post, but not all days are loaded equally. Time troubles happen, but only when the season comes in our trading (and it comes twice a year), and on those days when you need to pay taxes and submit reports. The rest of the time, I can afford to spend part of the day surfing the Internet without much conscience. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? Quite comfortable. In winter it's warm, in summer it's cool, and all year round in the office. Coffee machine, microwave and the absence of neighbors in the room are included. 6. What do you like most about your job? I like that I can constantly improve my skills. I like that I have no plans and have some time to relax. I like that I can be an expert in my issues and not tolerate someone's intrusive presence in my work. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? I do not like that there are not so many opportunities for career growth. This is especially true in the case of a small company, as, in fact, I have. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The salary level is quite satisfactory. Especially if you evaluate it in relation to the amount of work. I also like that, if desired, I can also participate in sales, and receive my % from this. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? Several guys are engaged in physical labor, and are located somehow separately in every sense. Two people are focused on sales, and we work side by side with them, working closely together. Here, in fact, are all the employees in our LLC. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? Attention to detail, perseverance, level of intelligence. This is first of all. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). Develop within your specialty and in related areas. I think no more and no less. 12. You have the opportunity to rate yourwork, how would you rate it? I think the "four" is quite fair. A good, comfortable job at a certain stage of life, before moving on to the next stage. What will he be? I don't know yet. 13. Why did you choose this job? More precisely, the work chose me. More precisely, I was chosen by the employer. Not that I really wanted to do this, but the excellent conditions and the relatively high salary captivated my imagination. 14. What are the opportunities for your career development? Very modest. In order to grow, you have to change the company. 15. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? The accounting profession is not as dead-end as it might seem, if only because it is the best way to see the inside of a business and understand how it works. And than…. Some day…. ">0
