What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My job is to conduct a pedagogical process with students on the specifics of their discipline. My responsibilities are conducting seminars and practical classes, tests, exams, lecturing, methodical, educational, and research work. 3. What education is required to get your position? You need to have a higher medical education, and then take refresher courses. 4. Describe your working day. The chronology of the working day is determined by the class schedule and may differ on different days. As a rule, the working day starts at 9.00, includes 4 hours of seminars or practical classes with students, once a week or once every two weeks a two-hour lecture. The remaining time is spent on checking tests, working with students who have passes and have not passed tests, writing manuals and teaching aids, creating visual aids and simulators, and conducting scientific experiments. Although the working day is regulated, it is usually necessary to spend personal time on methodical, and especially scientific work. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? The working conditions are comfortable, but there is a specificity – work with biomaterial and animals. 6. What do you like most about your job? I like to realize the importance of my work – after all, we train future doctors. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? What I don't like now is that, due to economic problems, it is not always possible to fully ensure a full-fledged educational process. 8. In terms of age, half are young people, but already experienced, candidates of sciences, some are already finishing their doctorates. All employees are competent, authoritative specialists in their field. In general, our department is very close-knit, friendly and cheerful. 10. What human qualities, in your opinion, are most important in your business? In my opinion, we, as teachers, first of all need to love and respect students. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). Work is the second home. Communication with colleagues, friendly disputes are always beneficial. It also attracts the fact that you constantly communicate with young people. 12.
