Official in the field of physical culture and sports, specialist of the department of physical culture and sports of the city administration | Choice of profession. how to choose the right profession

1. What is the name of your profession (position)? Manager in the field of physical culture and sports of the city administration. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? Organization and holding of mass sports events on a city scale, coordination of the work of sports grounds at the place of residence, maintenance of an information base of sports facilities, sports facilities, sports organizations of various forms of ownership and departmental affiliation and forms of ownership, annual preparation of a statistical federal report. 3. What education is required to get your position? Higher humanitarian or higher physical education. 4. Describe your working day. Depending on the will of fate, a day can either be a bright holiday or a gray routine. One thing is invariable - at 9.00 local time, the place at your desktop should be occupied. You, naturally. Whoever thinks that the work of an official is only writing reports, tedious letters and answers to citizens' complaints is RIGHT, but only in part. Often we also work in the "field" - at stadiums, in gyms, or even just on the streets of the city, where we hold sporting events and parades. And behind each such holiday is not a day or two of painstaking and sometimes tedious work - including paper work. And when there is a city-wide celebration in the city, we have a complete emergency. That's when my working day becomes irregular. And if the day is "paper" and not "field" - everything is like in a pharmacy - 9.00 - start of work, lunch break from 13.00 to 14.00, at 18.00 - please go home - officials honor the Labor Code. Although, sometimes, TERRIBLE things happen ... a piece of paper, lost in the bureaucratic winds, falls on your head, signed by some very, very important comrade - the mayor there, or even some deputy minister. This is where the real stress begins. The deadline for responding to such a paper, as a rule, is "yesterday", and you need to dig up so much information that you can safely think of it for a couple of weeks. And the deadlines in the bureaucratic environment are, so you know, our everything. I didn’t write a response to a letter from an important uncle in time - and goodbye, quarterly bonus. Therefore, you have to run around with eyes round from horror and a sense of self-worth, and get information with the perseverance and resourcefulness of a fox trying to mouse on an iceberg ... And now your letter has a long-awaited stamp - "Withdrawn from control" - and you understand that you have not eaten all day. Now you can have coffee! 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day on the street, or in the office with a cup of coffee). The workplace is very comfortable! Warm. light and clean. 6. What do you like most about your job? I like it when I see the results of my work - a great city day, or a sports competition where all the winners are satisfied with the prizes and organization. Well, of course, the fact that I am aware of all the most important events in the life of my city! 7. What do you dislike most about your job? Bureaucracy and a lot of paperwork. 8. If it's not a secret, your salary level (enough to write satisfied or not)? Rumors that all officials receive fabulous money are strongly ( STRONGLY!!!! ) exaggerated. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? Fortunately for me, I work in a male team led by a woman. Yes, besides, he is also an honored master of sports in taekwondo. Therefore, in the team we have complete mutual understanding. And the age is about the same - from 29 to 40. And we get along with each other. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? Peace and only peace. Well, you need to love people and be able to listen, otherwise you will become an official - a Cerberus. And this is a terrible sight! 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). The work gives me the opportunity to communicate with interesting people, from wonderful coaches and teachers who educate athletes who our country is rightfully proud of, to Olympic medalists who in life are the same people as you and I, only the will to win and sports hardening right away catches the eye when communicating. For example, my boss is an Olympic silver medalist in Sydney 12. Do you have the opportunity to rate your work on a five-point scale, how would you rate it? I can only rate my work at 3.5 .. Too much bureaucracy and paperwork. Sometimes to insanity. 13. Why did you choose this job? Honestly? She chose me. 14. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? Sources of the main stress in each of the jobs. 0
