1. What is the name of your profession (position)? My position is probably the most unexpected and stupid! I work as an operator of a cleaning and washing unit at a poultry farm. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My duties include collecting boxes for finished products and washing the boxes. Sometimes we unload trucks with the team. 3. What education is required to get your position? No education needed! Is it only the average full. But a medical book is a must! 4. Describe your working day. Before lunch we collect the boxes, and in the afternoon we wash the boxes. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? Comfort, to be honest, no! Sometimes dusty, sometimes too wet, nails constantly break. After washing, the clothes are wet, and it is easy to get sick in a draft. 6. What do you like most about your job? I like it, probably, that the authorities don’t really care about us, our work is not the most important in our shop, and their office is far away, so we can say that we are our own bosses. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? First of all, I don't like the fact that I do physical work (and what can be good in it?). Secondly, that I absolutely do not need to think (suddenly I will become completely dumb). Thirdly, the team, I will answer this below. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? I am not satisfied with my salary level. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? The team is mostly female. Representatives of all different ages, but there are very few young girls, so I’m not particularly friends with employees (well, what do we have in common). Many of them are very rude and arrogant. 10. What human qualities, in your opinion, are most important in your business? Mutual respect, mutual assistance and mutual assistance! 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (here is everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). While working, I can study at the institute at the same time. The management of the Poultry Farm decided that they needed tax specialists, and therefore my study leave is paid. Why did you choose this job? This work is convenient because it is located near the house, you do not have to spend money on the road. And I don’t have any education yet, so I’m still working here. 14. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? Question: What advice would you give to someone who chooses this profession? Answer: I would not wish anyone to take such a job. Especially to work here until retirement!
