What is your job and what are your responsibilities? In general, working in a travel agency is very interesting and informative. It is necessary to constantly select tours for clients, develop travel routes, draw up documents for embassies, collect a package of necessary documents for tourists to travel. This is in addition to concluding agreements with partners and developing a client base. 3. What education is required to get your position? Of course, higher education is welcome. But my experience shows that in tourism it is possible to work actively and fruitfully without it. It all depends on personal travel experience and the desire to achieve the goal. 4. Describe your working day. Work schedule in a travel agency is 6 days. The working day starts at 09:00, ends at 18:00. There is an hour for lunch, but the time is floating. Anytime there are no customers. Of course, a cup of invigorating tea in the process of choosing a tour or with a tourist who shares his impressions of the trip will be very appropriate. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? The main work is concentrated in the office at the PC. The office is equipped with the necessary equipment and facilities for work. 6. What do you like most about your job? Communication with people is a process of giving and learning. It is very nice when rested tourists share their positive impressions. This energizes me for further work. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? Office work does not contribute to movement, this is the main disadvantage. Of course, there is also the fact of nervous tension - there are various nuances that are not dependent on the agency, for example, a flight delay or tourists forget the necessary documents at home. You need to have good resistance to stress in order to quickly and efficiently solve problems. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? Average salary. There is a rate + percentage of sold tours. It affects both the level of professionalism and seasonality. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? The team is very friendly and fun. All professionals who love their job. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? Communication, honesty and responsibility. 11.
