My profession is a specialist in holding contests and auctions | Choice of profession. how to choose the right profession

1. What is the name of your profession (position)? I work as a specialist in competitions and auctions. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My responsibilities include: submitting an announcement about the auction, accepting applications for participation, holding the auction itself, determining the winner and drawing up a protocol. 3. What education is required to get your position? A higher education is required for this position. 4. Describe your working day. The working day starts at about 10 am, about noon applicants come with applications, I consider them for about 4 hours, after that I make lists of participants. And so a month passes, before the start of the auction itself. On the day of the auction, I accept price proposals from all participants and determine the winner, after which I draw up a protocol, a sale and purchase agreement, and an acceptance certificate. At 17.00 the working day is over. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day on the street, or in the office with a cup of coffee). The working conditions are more than comfortable, I don’t have to go anywhere, I sit in the office all day, I’m only busy when I receive visitors. 6. What do you like most about your job? Most of all in the profession I am attracted by the working conditions, as well as the whole process of passing the auction. I always wanted to "plunge" into this atmosphere. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? In my business, I like everything, I can’t even find negative sides. The only negative is a lot of paperwork, at first you get confused. But after a few months of work you get used to it. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The salary suits me perfectly. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? Our team is not big, but very friendly. Everyone is engaged in certain duties that are not intertwined with each other. Therefore, in the team there is no competition among themselves. There is enough work for everyone. And a few words about the director, a wonderful person, understanding, he will always help if something is not clear. It is a pleasure to work under him. 10. What human qualities, in your opinion, are most important in your business? Well, firstly, courtesy, because. different people come across, attentiveness, when drawing up documents, the ability to speak competently. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (here is everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). The work gives me the opportunity to often communicate with the leaders of large organizations in our city. These are very interesting people that I would never have met in ordinary life. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? Evaluation of my work, no doubt a solid five. 13. Why did you choose this job? As I wrote earlier, I liked the work because, watching the auctions on TV, I always wanted to go to themto visit, and could not even dream that someday I myself would conduct them. 14. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? I would like to say something else to you, I wish you all the work that I have. Something to work with pleasure, because in our time it is very difficult to find a profession that meets our desires. I found! 0
