1. What is the name of your profession? My profession, in general, is called "builder" and has many, so to speak, subsections: concrete worker, bricklayer, finisher, plasterer, tiler, etc. I myself call myself a “free builder”, because I don’t like to work in submission to someone, to follow someone’s commands. So I do what I like and get paid for it, like this! 2. What is your job? My job is to make something durable, beautiful, reliable. And constantly different things: today I can pour the floor, tomorrow I can fix the drywall, putty it the day after tomorrow, then lay the tiles in the bathroom, then paint the walls, etc. And in a week - to start building a beautiful gazebo with columns, balusters and a rotunda on top. 3. What education is required to get your position? The most interesting thing is that, having several professions in which I studied and received certificates and diplomas, none of them have anything to do with construction. I had to learn this on my own, I once mastered something in the process of working in a team, something on my own with the help of professional literature. Therefore, the question is: is education necessary? - I can answer what you need, but the main thing is the desire to learn! 4. Describe your working day. My working days rarely resemble one another, they do not always even begin at the facility - it is often necessary to go to the building supermarket together with the customer for certain materials, plumbing, furniture, etc. The main thing is that you are always on the move, you always work with both your hands and your head, since the most diverse questions arise and you have to be, as they say, “in the know” of the most diverse areas, not only construction. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions? Since the work has to be performed in a variety of ways, then, of course, the working conditions also differ: when - on the street, when - indoors; when - near a warm fireplace, and when in the cold wind in the "cradle" of aerial platforms. 6. What do you like most about your job? In my work for me personally there are a huge number of very significant "pluses". It is even difficult to rank them in order of importance: I constantly do something with my own hands, and this something is durable, for years, and it is beautiful! And I like not only the end result, but also the process of achieving it. I like to give pleasure to the customer, to see and hear approving assessments, to understand that you are respected - and it is for your work! .. 7. What do you dislike most about your work? There are, of course, negative aspects as well. I hate cold, frosty weather (when working outside). That's why I don't go to work on those days. Customers understand and usually don't mind. It may also be necessary to take one or several people to help - and sometimes lazy people or alcoholics come across. These people are absolutely indifferent to work, just to do it somehow, to serve a day - and that's it. Well, sometimes the object is very far from home, you have to travel through the whole city. 8. If it's not a secret,your salary level. This work does not, of course, give huge incomes, but it allows you not to feel poor, needy. So far, there is enough money for a “non-bohemian life”. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? When you have to work more than one, people come across very different. And usually I quickly find a common language with them, we communicate easily, which creates a relaxed, often playful atmosphere in the workplace! Which, as noted, increases productivity! 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? In construction, a serious, thoughtful attitude to business is extremely necessary - this is in the professional field. And since you also constantly communicate with people (these are customers, and helpers, and “neighbors” - those who work nearby), then, of course, friendliness and sociability mean a lot. 11. What additional opportunities does the job provide? I really like my work, it provides one of the most important opportunities for a person - self-realization. In addition, it is communication with various people, you constantly learn something new, you see new places. Therefore, according to a five-point system for myself, I would rate it at "5", because. until I see what I would like more than building! 12. Evaluate the work on a "5"-point scale. "5"! 13.
