1. What is the name of your profession (position)? I work in a bank. My position is called Senior Specialist for Legal Entities. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? My job is to review the applications of legal entities for granting them a loan. Responsibilities include analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, the study of various documentation required to obtain a loan from our bank. 3. What education is required to get your position? For such a position, only a higher economic education is required. Moreover, higher education is not enough, you must first gain experience in lower banking positions, prove yourself, then there will be an opportunity to take the position of a senior specialist in working with legal entities. 4. Describe your working day. My working day starts at 9 am. Before lunch I study and analyze the documents of various firms and organizations, and in the afternoon I hold meetings with legal entities. At 18 o'clock I safely go home. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? I work in my own office. It has an air conditioner that can produce warm and cold air, I sit in a comfortable chair at the computer. If possible, you can skip a cup of hot coffee or listen to music quietly. In my opinion, my working conditions are very comfortable. 6. What do you like most about your job? In my work, I most of all like to communicate with people, because numbers can not always characterize the financial situation of a client. But I also enjoy processing financial statements. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? In my business, what I dislike the most is upsetting clients with my negative decisions, but this is the specifics of banking, you can’t get away from it. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The salary for my position ranges from 20-23 thousand rubles. It is quite enough to live on, provided that many do not receive even such a salary. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? My team is completely female, of different age categories. But I am surrounded only by kind and sympathetic people who will always help in work and not only. Thank them for this. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? Of course, in my profession such qualities as honesty, decency, understanding, desire to work and achieve the set result are necessary. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). In my work, I have business trips. I love to go on vacation, my job, or rather salary, allows me to bask once a year on the seashore. Every day I communicate with interesting, intelligent people.But most importantly, my work always gives me a good mood! 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? I am completely satisfied with my work! On a five-point scale, I would rate it a solid five. 13. Why did you choose this job? To be honest, I did not choose a job. I went with the flow, waited for my chance, and waited! 14.
