1. What is the name of your profession (position)? I am a corporate training coach. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? I train employees in sales technology, stress resistance and effective communication, I develop trainings myself and enjoy when participants independently reach the knowledge that I want to convey during business games, when the effectiveness of the training can be measured by numerical indicators in the form of an increase in the Mystery Shopping research indicator. 3. What education is required to get your position? Ideally, a higher pedagogical degree, but I have a non-pedagogical higher education. I'm just a diploma manager. In my opinion, only having a higher education, you feel comfortable in an audience with top managers. 4. Describe your working day. I got up again at 8.00 in a hotel in some remote region of the company's presence (I spend more than 80% of my working time on business trips around Russia). I called home, found out how my husband and daughter feel. The taxi takes me to the next store where the training is planned. I check whether everything has been prepared by the personnel specialist for a comfortable holding, I prepare a presentation, I set up the equipment. I'm doing training. I usually finish at 6:00 pm. then I look through the mail, answer important letters, write a report on the work done. And I'm happy to go home to my family. 5. I really like communication with colleagues, I like getting tangible results from my work. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? Frequent business trips are tiring, and internal contradictions from the thought: “What is more important, family or work?” and an accurate understanding of the answer: "For me - the family" prompts decisive action to find a new calling in life. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The salary level is quite satisfactory. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? Creative active energetic, it's a pity that we rarely meet coaches. Only on those unique days when we are in the office, we report on the next business trip. 10. What human qualities, in your opinion, are most important in your business? Ability to listen and speak fluently in a language understandable to the audience. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). I love to travel, and the first trips around the country were a treasure for me, I visited Kazan, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Yekaterinburg. In addition, the audience, consisting of top managers, always gives constructive feedback, and such trainings are the most productive for my personal development. 12. You have the opportunity to evaluate on the heelsOn the scale of your work, what grade would you give? This is a good job for a four. 13. Why did you choose this job? With good work and leadership potential, you can become the head of the training department. 15. What do you think we did not include in the plan, and what else would you like to share with us?
