In order to work as a contact center specialist, you must have a higher education, preferably a technical one. 4. Describe your working day. My working day is strictly regulated. The working day lasts 12 hours (shift schedule), of which I have 45 minutes for lunch and three breaks of 15 minutes during the day. For lunch and breaks you need to go strictly according to the schedule. It is necessary to come to the office 15 minutes before the start of the shift in order to have time to prepare yourself and the workplace. During the day, subscribers receive calls of various content related directly to the company's activities, but almost every day something new happens, though not always pleasant. 5. I am quite satisfied with the level of salary received, but “there is never a lot of money”, we will strive for more. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? The team is young and cheerful, but, despite their age, there are plenty of professionals in their field. Work always takes place in a friendly atmosphere. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? The ability to control your emotions, but at the same time optimism and love for people must be present. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (here is everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). My work gives me the opportunity for constant self-development and the acquisition of an indispensable and incomparable experience of communicating with completely different people. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? I would rate my work at 4.5 13. Why did you choose this job? I chose this position because when looking for a job, I was completely satisfied with the salary ratioth board with a work schedule. 14. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? I would add the item “Do you want to develop in the company you work for, take a different or higher position”. It seems to me that this item will characterize quite well the commitment to the chosen place, and, consequently, a positive or negative attitude towards one's position or profession. 0
