My profession is McDonald's manager | Choice of profession. how to choose the right profession

1. What is the name of your profession (position)? The most common title for my position today is manager. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? Where I work, which is a McDonald's restaurant, the manager shouldn't be selling or buying or anything like that. This is a profession in the classical sense of the word - a manager. Manage the technological process and people, engage in their training and motivation, all this must be done. 3. What education is required to get your position? Without education, there are too many applicants now, but it is much more important to show oneself. Show how you can communicate and work in a team, how hardworking you are and how willing you are to learn something new. 4. Describe your working day. From post to sunset, despite the fact that the standard working day is 8 hours, it can start in the morning and at lunchtime, and the weekend can be on Monday and Wednesday. Before the start of the shift, you need to look through the ads and news - everything is changing very quickly, and what was dogma yesterday, today you may have to do it differently, then make a tour of the restaurant - take it from the previous manager. Well, and then into battle - they cook there, they communicate with visitors there, they clean it up, and there they bring in new products - and you have to keep track of everything, but there is also clerical work. So just keep spinning. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? Warm, light and flies do not bite (they are simply not there - everything is clean to the point of sterility). It is necessary to sit at the computer in the manager's room and run around the restaurant, but there is time to drink coffee. 6. What do you like most about your job? They say that if the work does not bring satisfaction, then it must be changed. The most important plus in my work is the TEAM with which you can survive any difficulties. I also really appreciate the opportunity to develop and learn something new. And of course communication: you have to talk a lot, so sometimes after work you feel tired from what you have talked. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? A big company takes a lot of attention, but there are also family and friends. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? The pay is quite high, but whatever it is, you always want more 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? The team, as I said, is the most important plus in my work. He is very close-knit and cheerful, we spend a lot of time together, if something does not work out for someone, they will definitely come to the rescue. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? As in any other place where there are people - communication skills, ability to work in a team, reliability and leadership qualities, ability to learn. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). The most important thing that my job gives me is the opportunity to diversify, learn to communicate, attend various courses and get to know guys from different regions. I know that having arrived in Kyiv, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Lvov, Odessa, Yalta and many other cities of Ukraine, I can easily ask for help and they will never refuse me. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? Of course, five ... well, maybe with a small minus! 13. Why did you choose this job? I took a job as a member of the restaurant crew and honestly did not think of making a career at McDonald's. I went to the interview rather for the company, but it so happened that my friends were not taken, but yes I was. 14. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? The questionnaire is very detailed and I like everything. 0
