Warehouse manager is my profession. | Choice of profession. how to choose the right profession

1. What is the name of your profession (position)? I work as a warehouse manager in a large company. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? The company is engaged in the sale of shoes. 12 people in charge. I am engaged in control over the acceptance and storage of goods, organization of transportation and shipment of goods in the region and regions of Ukraine. Establishing the working process of warehouse management, every month we carry out an inventory of goods. 3. What education is required to get your position? I have higher education. 4. Describe your working day I arrive at work at 8 am. We plan at what time and in which store to deliver the goods. Merchandisers begin checking the goods upon shipment. We call carriers - the goods are shipped. Goods invoices are accepted. And the storekeepers collect the goods for shipment the next day. Everything is planned, on what day the goods are sent to a particular region. And also, around the city, to our stores. When a new product arrives, it is accepted, checked and put on arrival. If there are changes, it is reported to the accounting department and the documents are changed. An inventory is taken at the end of the month. I control all this so that the stores receive the goods on time. In principle, everything is simple - the goods arrived, accepted, checked and shipped. But nuances constantly arise and because of them, there are a lot of problems and there are not enough hours in the day to do everything. No matter how well everything was planned. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? I am all the time in the warehouse complex, sometimes there is no time even for lunch. 6. The negative thing about this job is that it is a very difficult schedule, sometimes we work from 8 am to 3 am, the next day, again, from 8 am, not all the time, but it happens when the season starts and there is such a load 2-3 times a week. People get bonuses, but anyway, many can’t stand it and leave, and the management doesn’t want two shifts. The main thing is that the goods are on the shelves in the stores on time, no one is interested in any way. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? Just right for this position. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? The team is excellent. They help each other, support, work, harmoniously, as one whole. 10. What human qualities, in your opinion, are most important in your business? To work in such a job, you need endurance, iron nerves, endurance, self-control and an analytical mindset, to be a good psychologist. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). I communicate with interesting people; financially, I can afford a vacation abroad. 12. You have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, whichWould you rate it? Excellent work 5 stars. 13. Why did you choose this job? She pleases me and satisfies me in every way. 14.
