I also correspond with regulatory authorities: the State Commission for the Central Bank, the State Committee for Financial Monitoring. My duties include monitoring all changes in the legislation in the field of working with securities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of all legislative acts (license conditions, Rules of Securities Traders). My responsibilities also include preparing and sending reports of the Securities Trader and the Custodian of Securities. My job is also to control the daily deliveries and payments for securities, issuing securities, accepting them from counterparties through the depository system, keeping transaction logs in the Merchant and Custodian, sending irregular reports of the Merchant and Custodian on the date of occurrence. Also, my duties include control over the identification of clients, sending them mine and correspondence with the financial monitoring committee, informing them about transactions that may be related to money laundering. 3. All work begins with the fact that the accountant and the custodian give me statements with movements on accounts: settlement and securities. I spend the day: I note all payments and deliveries in the transaction log, identify debtors, call them and find out when payments and deliveries will be, adjust my data accordingly. Calling those who owe money today. Then I check the logged trades, print out the list, and start producing them. I make contracts, send them to counterparties by email. What do you dislike most about your job? That the job depends on the market. That is, the market is growing - and you are on a horse. The market is falling or standing, and you don't know what will happen next. A very large dependence on fluctuations and the world economy as a whole and on political upheavals in the country. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? Now in times of crisis it does not suit, but in any case it helps to keep afloat. In normal times, yes quite satisfied. And compared to other areas, the level is quite high. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? Since the company is small, few people work with me. 7 people, in capital companies, of course, much more, but still within 50-100 people. All people with higher educations, smart and fans of their work, without this good fanaticism in our business is impossible. The team is very well-coordinated, we know each other for a long time. Therefore, we understand each other perfectly. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? I consider the most important quick reaction, good memory, non-conflict, the ability to find a common language with many people, the ability to learn and teach. 11. First of all, it stimulates self-improvement: the study of foreign languages, the study of legislation. Five for sure, I love my job. 13. Why did you choose this job? I got it all by accident. When I got a job, I did not know where I was going, and I started from the bottom.
