Profession head of the choreographic team | Choice of profession. how to choose the right profession

1. What is the name of your profession (position)? I am the leader of the dance group. The team consists of children of different ages. There is a younger group, these are children from 7 to 9 years old, an average group from 10 to 12 and an older group from 12 to 15 years old. In total, I have 42 children. 2. What is your job and what are your responsibilities? I conduct classes with them, in which we learn the basics of dance, the children acquire choreographic skills, beautiful posture and gait. I put on dance numbers, I am engaged in a selection of costumes. I organize performances at concerts. 3. What education is required to get your position? I graduated from the College of Arts, choreography department. I have a specialized secondary education. You can also get a higher education at the Institute of Arts, but be sure to have a choreographic department. 4. Describe your working day. My working day starts in the afternoon, the way children do in a comprehensive school. The younger group is engaged from one to two, the middle group from half past three to four, and the older group from four to six. But my working day may not be standardized. This happens when we have rehearsals, or trips to concerts. Two days off, but it might as well not be. 5. How comfortable are your working conditions (all day outside, or in the office with a cup of coffee)? Working conditions are quite acceptable and quite comfortable. And except for the constant children's noise, as well as loud music, against which you have to speak no less loudly, then everything else is normal. Of course, trips to concerts are not comfortable, but they are not so frequent. 6. What do you like most about your job? Moreover, the performances bring aesthetic pleasure to me and the children. How nice to see that your children are so enthusiastic about dancing. How cool and warm they are met by the viewer, for this I want to work better and more. 7. What do you dislike most about your job? The negative side of my profession, I think, is an occupational disease of the legs and, of course, a meager salary. And there is nothing more negative in this profession. 8. If it's not a secret, what is your salary level (is it enough to write whether you are satisfied or not)? If we touch more precisely the salary, then there is no secret. A strict salary of six thousand one hundred rubles, in different regions, probably in different ways, well, sometimes there are bonuses in the amount of a thousand or two. Of course, such a salary cannot suit. 9. Describe your team, what kind of people work with you? The team is mostly female, but all people are creative and interested. We help each other, without this it is impossible, there are various skirmishes, basically all discrepancies in work, but a skilled leader smoothly reduces them to nothing. So to be able to lead, you also need to learn. 10. What human qualities do you think are most important in your business? In our profession it is very important to be able to work with children, they must be loved. Children clearly feel bad attitude towards themselves. And you also need to be a fan of your business, live in the world of dance and music, thenYes, the results will be high enough. 11. Work gives me additional opportunities (everything that work gives you except money, from self-expression and communication with interesting people to the opportunity to visit different countries). Thanks to my work, I can express my inner world, convey my thoughts to people, I realize my talent. And of course communication with interesting people, sometimes very talented. 12. Do you have the opportunity to evaluate your work on a five-point scale, what grade would you give? I would give my work the highest rating, but judging from the side of an ordinary person, my profession slides into an average ball, apparently there is some truth in this. 13. Why did you choose this job? It is very difficult to say unequivocally why I chose this job. I had other professions, but only in this profession I feel at home, so this is mine. 14. What are the opportunities for your career development? Opportunities for career growth abound. But due to the lack of proper funding for costumes, trips, etc. everything is stuck in place. Hand on heart, it's not so easy to find some philanthropist who will pay for the needs of the team, and the state does not allocate money. 15. What do you think we did not include in the plan and what else would you like to share with us? It would be nice to include an assessment of the profession in terms of importance in this plan. Let people write what is the importance of this profession. Personally, my profession is important in the field of educating the younger generation. Forty-two children do not smoke, do not drink, do not inject, they are passionate about an interesting business, I have the right to be proud of it. They have a developed worldview, they are talented. 0
